GAMA Awards

Are you a manager who is building a winning, successful team? The annual GAMA Global Canada management awards recognize excellence in financial services leadership. Award applications open during the spring on an annual basis, with awards distributed later in the year. All GAMA award winners are recognized in FORUM Magazine and at the annual LAMP Conference.

There are four categories: National Agency Achievement Award, National Builder Award, National Management Award, and the National Multi-Line Exclusive Agency Management Award. You may apply for multiple awards.

2025 Awards

NATIONAL MANAGEMENT AWARD

Throughout the years, the requirements to qualify for this award have changed considerably, most significantly in the increase in production requirements. The National Management Award (NMA) endures as a benchmark of achievement in agency management.

NATIONAL AGENCY BUILDER AWARD

The National Agency Builder Award has two levels: “NBA” and “NBA Gold.” These awards focus on the issue of field development in addition to production and recognize the outstanding achievement in building among GAMA Global Canada members.

NATIONAL AGENCY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

The National Agency Achievement Award has two levels: “NAA” and “NAA Gold.” This award reflects the pinnacle of management excellence among GAMA Global Canada members. The National Agency Achievement Award is a tribute to the outstanding accomplishments of the entire organization as measured by GAMA Global Canada and based on first-year sales commissions, with acknowledgment that everyone in the agency has contributed to its overall success.

NATIONAL MULTI-LINE EXCLUSIVE AGENCY MANAGEMENT AWARD

The National Multi-line Exclusive Agency Management Award recognizes three performance levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold. The focus of this award is on the selection and growth of a Multi-Line Advisory team with a focus on exceeding various performance levels of the Agency Managers team in the areas of new Life Insurance, new wealth and new Property and Casualty sales.
